Updates on possible role changes in the WWE continue to circulate! Earlier this week, rumors circulated that Bruce Prichard will retire from his role as the company’s Executive Director after WrestleMania 43 next year, a role he has held since October 2019. Pritchard is often cited as the last of McMahon’s closest advisers from the McMahon era still in WWE.

Now the question becomes who would step in and take on the role if and when it happens. The rumor is that Shawn Michaels, who is currently in charge of NXT talent, will be next in line to take over for Prichard following WrestleMania 43. But then who would take Michaels’ spot?

Bryan Alvarez from F4WOnline.com has provided additional details about this potential transition, as well as possible changes within the WWE front office. According to Alvarez, WWE Hall of Famer AJ Styles could be appointed to replace Shawn Michaels in his current role with NXT.

Alvarez also suggested that, depending on her path and the direction she chooses, Bayley could join the WWE front office. CM Punk is also expected to have more input over time. Lastly, the WWEID program is expected to receive a fresh update in early next year!
