On Monday, August 18th, Wrestling Open RI came to us live from Rhodes On The Pawtuxet in Cranston, RI, with another action-packed show, streaming on IWTV.

Eight matches were showcased on the card, including the IWTV Championship, the return of LMK, and Bobby Orlando vs Vinny Scalice in the main event!

Here are the results from the show:

Spotlight Match: Love, Doug defeats JGeorge with his Love Story finisher for the pinfall.

1.) IWTV Championship Match: Marcus Mathers (c) defeats Jariel Rivera with a Super Kick for the pinfall to retain his championship.

2.) Davienne defeats Little Mean Kathleen by submission with a Boston Crab.

After the match, Davienne puts LMK in another Boston Crab, and Livayah makes the save. Livayah grabs a mic and challenges Davienne to a match next Monday.

3.) TJ Crawford (w/Love, Doug) defeats BRG (w/Oxx Adams) with a modified Blue Thunder Bomb for the pinfall.

Ring Announcer Rich Palladino interviews Starstruck (Anthony Greene & Channing Thomas).

4.) Brando Lee defeats Kylon King with a rollup for the pinfall.

5.) Aaron Ortiz defeats Julius Draeger with a Frogsplash for the pinfall.

Oritz grabs a mic and calls out Swipe Right. Shooter Boys and Swipe Right will sign contracts for the Wrestling Open Tag Team Championship at Americanrana next week.

6.) Fancy Bears (Ryan Clancy & Bear Bronson) defeated MINT (GAL & Jose Zamora; Clancy pinned Zamora.

Ryan Clancy gets on the mic and talks to Bronson. There appears to be tension brewing between these two.

7.) Bobby Orlando defeats Vinny Scalice (w/Bryce Donovan & Mark Sterling) by DQ when Sterling interferes in the match.

The heels start beating down Orlando. Ryan Clancy comes down but is conflicted and ultimately doesn’t help Orlando. Bear Bronson comes down to make the save.

Bobby Orlando gets on the mic and challenges Mark Sterling to a match next Monday, raising the stakes. If Orlando wins next week, Sterling is banned from ringside for the Wrestling Open title match at Americanrana!
