Raja Jackson Arrested On Felony Assault Charges
After weeks of investigating the brutal assault on wrestler Syko Stu at a Knokx Pro Wrestling show on August 24th, Raja Jackson, son of former UFC Champion, Rampage Jackson, was arrested and charged with felony assault.
The arrest happened on September 18th. Jackson was arrested and taken to a Los Angeles County Jail. He is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
The incident grabbed headlines, and video of the attack spread quickly over social media. What was supposed to be a planned spot turned into the horrendous beating that left the wrestler in critical condition for several days.
Syko Stu, whose real name is Stuart Smith, was eventually released on August 31st from the hospital for the injuries he sustained at the show. Raja’s father also condemned his son’s actions and the wrestling promotion for allowing the spot to happen.
