Mercedes Moné has been the biggest Independent Wrestling Star of the past year! Her mix of Independent Wrestling Promotions she has appeared in, along with her now 13 championships, makes the case that she may go down as the greatest Female Independent Wrestler of all time!

The former WWE star has been pushed to the moon and back since joining AEW in March 2024. Not only is she the longest reigning TBS Champion in the company’s history, but she is also headlining and defending championships in multiple promotions across three different continents.

With Moné winning her thirteenth championship at HOG’s Superclash this past Saturday, some questions come to mind: Is there a certain number of belts that will be her limit? And does she already have too many?

Those questions are a highly debated topic on social media and the internet. While some agree with how Mone’s booked in AEW and other promotions, other fans think it’s too much and unnecessary.

This Saturday, Moné goes for her 14th championship at AEW’s Full Gear, when she takes on Champion Kris Statlander for the AEW Women’s Championship! Will Mone add to her championship total? Or will this finally be the night it’s determined she has enough belts?
