On Friday, January 16th, Limitless Wrestling kicked off the New Year with their explosive “Limitless Rumble 2026” show, from Lewiston, Maine! There were many huge stars and moments that came out of the show. Now let’s look at the biggest moments from Limitless Rumble 2026!

New Limitless World Champion Is Crowned

Donovan Dijak has made his presence felt in Independent Wrestling since leaving the WWE in June of 2024. Since then, he has wrestled for the biggest Independent Wrestling Promotions in the world!

He continued that dominant presence on Friday night by defeating former champion Dezmond Cole, ending Cole’s second reign as champion.

Alec Price & Jordan Oliver Are All Elite

AEW World Champion MJF returned to Limitless Wrestling on Friday night for the first time in six years! His match was against one of Indie Wrestling fans’ favorites, Alec Price, with his tag team partner, Jordan Oliver, at ringside.

The match itself was an instant classic, but it was MJF’s announcement after the match that was even the bigger storyline. After the match, MJF got on the mic. He said how he really likes Price and Oliver. This match was a test to see how they would do against a top-level talent, and they succeeded.

MJF then offered both wrestlers an AEW contract, officially making the Bustah & The Brain Tag Team All Elite!

Gabby Forza Wins The Limitless Rumble

Closing out the show was the 2026 Limitless Rumble, with the winner earning a # 1 Contenders shot at the Limitless World Championship. The match featured 30 of the best wrestlers in Independent Wrestling!

Gabby Forza outlasted 29 other competitors to become the Limitless Rumble winner! In the closing moments of the match, Forza eliminated Aaron Rourke and Channing Thomas, who were both trying to take each other out at the moment.

Winning the match sets up a potential showdown between Forza and the newly crowned champion, Donovan Dijak, in the future.
