AEW Makes History as Both Men’s and Women’s Blood & Guts Matches Become Official
Tonight, AEW made it official — the first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts match is happening on November 12, 2025, live from the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. The announcement capped off weeks of escalating tension in the women’s division and confirmed what many fans had been hoping for: AEW’s female stars are finally stepping inside the iconic double-cage battleground. The teams were revealed tonight, solidifying one of the most stacked women’s lineups in company history.
Representing the dark alliance known as Triangle of Madness, Thekla, Julia Hart, Skye Blue, Megan Bayne, Marina Shafir, and Mercedes Moné will enter the cage to face a powerhouse babyface squad led by Jamie Hayter. Hayter will be joined by Queen Aminata, Willow Nightingale, Harley Cameron, Toni Storm, and Kris Statlander in a match that promises chaos, emotion, and redemption. The feud began back in September when Hayter and Aminata clashed with Hart’s faction, leading to multiple post-match attacks, brawls, and even a wild six-woman melee on Collision that left the AEW women’s division in turmoil. Tonight’s confirmation means their war will finally be settled inside Blood & Guts.
Men’s Side
With this announcement, both the men’s and women’s Blood & Guts matches are now official for the November 12 show. The men’s edition will see Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Wheeler Yuta, and Daniel Garcia — the Death Riders — facing Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy, Mark Briscoe, Kyle O’Reilly, and Roderick Strong, collectively known as The Conglomeration. Their story has been months in the making, fueled by faction warfare, brutal brawls, and the chaotic brand of violence that has defined AEW’s Blood & Guts legacy.
For the first time, AEW will deliver two Blood & Guts matches on one monumental night — a testament to how far both divisions have come. The women’s match, in particular, represents a major milestone for AEW’s evolution, giving its female roster the same high-stakes spotlight that’s produced some of the company’s most legendary moments. Come November 12, the double cage will close, the rivalries will explode, and history will be written — twice
