AEW Collision’s Fairway to Hell special comes live from The SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Tonight had an amazing stage with a full theme and even a small golf course in the background behind the ring.

In the first match of the night, Mark Davis and National Champion Jack Perry went head-to-head in a title bout. The match was off right as the bell rang. Davis and Perry both maintained the upper hand at multiple points in the match, but in an upset victory, Mark Davis was able to dethrone the champion due to interference from Ricochet. It seems Ricochet isn’t over his past loss to Jungle Jack. Congratulations to our new AEW National Champion, Mark Davis!

Nick Wayne will be in the NJPW Best of the Super Junior, and Ospreay is medically cleared to fight Ace Austin on Dynamite next week.

Jack Perry is on the phone backstage, battered after his match. He says that he called up some friends and they are in to fight alongside Jericho at Double or Nothing. The Elite will be in the Stadium! (I do not know if that means the Hurt Syndicate is out of that match or if it is just a larger match now)

Renee is backstage with Ricochet, the new National Champion, Mark Davis, and Don Calis. Don Calis says that he will give Ricochet the 2 members of the Don Calis Family he needs to fight Jericho’s new team at Double or Nothing, Stadium Stampede 3!

Lena Kross and Megan Banye of Divine Dominion are in action against the team of Ruthie Slay and Rachel Ley. It was expectedly a very quick match with a win from The Divine Dominion.

Second Half

The Owen Hart Tornament brackets will be announced next week! Also, a 4-Way Women’s World Title match has been announced for Double or Nothing, and it will be Thekla (c) vs. Jamie Hayter vs. Hikaru Shida vs. Kris Statlander.

Don Calis can’t wait for the Stadium Stampede match and for one of his men to be AEW World Champion, and seeing as Okada is in Japan right now, he decides that Konesuke Takeshita will be the one to challenge Darby Allin.

Speedball Mike Bailey comes out accompanied by TNT Champion Kevin Knight to fight Kiran Grey. Bailey spends the first minute of the match displaying his heavy kicks. Grey can get some offense in, but Bailey knocks him from the ropes and delivers a flying knee from the top rope to win by pinfall. Knight grabs the mic and says he’s the face of TNT and dabs up Bailey, saying they can make it to the top together.

MAIN EVENT TIME!

It’s Main Event Time! Pac vs. AEW World Champion Darby Allin in a No Countout match! Darby starts the match by leaving to go to the golf green that’s behind the ring, Pac follows, and the fight ensues. Darby executes an incredible dropkick and toss on separate occasions to throw Pac into a sand bunker. But Pac gets his lick back by doing a German suplex into the sand, where Darby just crumbles (he does this AGAIN). After the ad break, they get back into the ring with Darby holding the advantage for a bit. Pac hits a devastating Avalanche Falcon Arrow but only gets a 2-count. Pac attempts to hit a Shooting Star Press onto Darby, set up on a table, but he rolls off the table (very scary looking with Pac slipping multiple times trying to set it up). Darby gets Pac into a Scorpio Death Lock, which The Death Riders interrupt and set up another table for this matchup, which turns into a stack of 4 tables. A sudden return from the last break of the night shows Darby and Pac on the top balcony, where Pac throws Darby off of it onto the 4 tables. Darby looks as if he died or, at the very least, cannot move. Pac runs down to get Darby for the pin, BUT DARBY KICKS OUT! NO ONE CAN BELIEVE IT! Pac tries to hit Darby with the belt, but he jumps up, gives a low blow and a title shot to Pac, then a Coffin Drop, and gets the 1 2 3! Congratulations, Darby Allin!
