AEW All Out returns to the Chicago area on Saturday night, with NOW Arena set to host a card packed with championship matches, grudge matches and several stories that could shape the company heading into the final stretch of 2026. At the top of the card, Will Ospreay will defend the AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley. Ospreay won the title at All In: London and now faces one of the most established names in AEW. Moxley has been around the AEW World Championship picture countless times, but Ospreay represents a completely different challenge. The champion will have to deal with Moxley’s physical style and experience while trying to continue what has already been a memorable run with the title.

Rest of the Card

The championship matches don’t stop there. Kazuchika Okada will defend the AEW International Championship against Tommaso Ciampa, while Andrade El Idolo puts the AEW National Championship on the line against PAC. Adam Copeland and Christian Cage will also have their hands full as they defend the AEW World Tag Team Championships against FTR and The Young Bucks in a three-way ladder match. The AEW Trios Championships will be defended as well, with Swerve Strickland, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods facing Hangman Adam Page, Bandido and Brody King. On the women’s side, Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor defend the Women’s World Tag Team Championships against Megan Bayne and Lena Kross in a Chicago Street Fight, while Thekla takes on Willow Nightingale with a future Women’s World Championship opportunity at stake. Persephone is also scheduled to issue an open challenge for the TBS Championship.

There are several other matches that could end up being just as important to the bigger picture. Darby Allin and Steven Borden will face Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight with a future shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship on the line. The Zero Hour card will feature Jack Perry against Katsuyori Shibata, while Jay White, Ace Austin, Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn take on David Finlay, Clark Connors, Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia. With so many different pieces involved, All Out isn’t simply about who leaves Chicago with a championship. The results could establish the next challengers across multiple divisions and set the direction for AEW heading into WrestleDream.

Counter Programing From WWE

The Chicago wrestling scene will be especially interesting on Saturday, with WWE and AAA presenting Worlds Collide at Allstate Arena on the same night as AEW All Out at NOW Arena. The timing is hard to ignore. Having a WWE event featuring AAA talent take place in the same market, on the same night as one of AEW’s biggest shows of the year, certainly gives the weekend a feeling of counter-programming. Whether that was the intention or simply how the schedules came together, it puts fans in the Chicago area in a unique position, with two major wrestling events competing for attention just miles apart. It also adds another layer to what was already shaping up to be a big night for professional wrestling.

For AEW, however, the challenge is to keep the attention focused on what is happening inside NOW Arena. All Out has been built around its own championship stories and rivalries, and the company has plenty to prove with one of its major pay-per-view events taking place while WWE is putting on a show nearby. Wrestling fans have become accustomed to companies competing for attention, but having two major events in the same market on the same night makes this particular situation stand out. By the end of Saturday night, both companies will have had their opportunity to make an impression on the wrestling audience.
