Earlier today, the National Wrestling Alliance announced its return to New York for its biggest show of the year, “NWA 77.”

Officially confirmed by NWA on Monday, The Paramount in Huntington, NY, for its biggest show of the year. The venue, located on the North Shore of Long Island, could prove to be one of the most significant events of 2025 for the promotion.

In the press release from the company, NWA 77 is billed as their “biggest Signature Live Event of the year.” Additionally, urging fans to attend what they described as an “anniversary spectacular,” which is filled with “pulse-pounding excitement” and “jaw-dropping action.”

The NWA is on fire right now. They’re coming off a historic Crockett Cup event, which saw Kenzie Paige defend the Women’s World Championship against WWE’s Nattie Neidhart.

This year’s event is the first time under Billy Corgan that the NWA will bring one of their signature shows to New York. Earlier this year, we saw the NWA team with Championship Entertainment Productions for a show in Freeport, NY. In 2024, we saw the same partnership at All Sportz Arena in Melville, NY.

This announcement continues a recent trend of East Coast locations. One year ago at NWA 76, the promotion hailed their biggest show of 2024 in Philadelphia. However, this came as a bit of a surprise, leaving the likes of Nashville and St. Louis in years prior.

Several major names are currently being promoted for the show, including:

  • NWA World Champion Thom Latimer
  • NWA World Women’s Champion Kenzie Paige & Kylie Paige
  • “The Overlord” EC3 with Pretty Boy Smooth
  • “The Crush” Natalia Markova
  • Colby Corino
  • TVMA (Tiffany Nieves and Valentina Rossi)
  • Carson Bartholomew Drake
