The time has arrived for AEW’s Revolution 2025 PPV! This event will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, on Sunday, March 9, 2025, and will be streamed on TrillerTV and broadcast on Local Cable and Satellite Providers.

The pay-per-view begins with a Zero Hour pre-show at 6:30 p.m. ET, with the main card starting at 8 p.m. ET.

Zero Hour Pre-Show:

* Komander & Hologram defeated Lee Johnson & Blake Christian. Hologram hit Christian with a 450 splash to pick up the pinfall for his team.

* Eight-Man Tag Match: Daniel Garcia, Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, & Roderick Strong defeated Shane Taylor Promotions (Taylor, Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean, & Lee Moriarty). Moriarty tapped out to Garcia’s Sharp Shooter.

* ROH World Championship Match: Chris Jericho (c) vs. Gravity is a no contest. Jericho attacked Gravity in the ring from behind with a bat before the bell.

The rest of the Learning Tree came down to assist Jericho. Bandido comes down to aid Gravity but gets stopped by The Learning Tree. Jericho pulls off Gravity’s mask and takes it with him.

* Six-Man Tag Match: “Big Boom” A.J., Orange Cassidy & Mark Briscoe defeated Johnny TV, Mansoor & Mason Madden. AJ hit his Power Boom finisher on Mason to pick up the pinfall and win for his team.

Main Card:

* MJF vs. “Hangman” Adam Page

MJF controls the early stages of this match. MJF taunts the crowd, opening the door for Hangman to make a comeback.

The two go back and forth. Hangman hits a Dead Eyes for a near fall and then his Buckshot Lariat, but MJF gets his foot on the rope to break up the pinfall.

MJF controls the action again and has Hangman in an arm lock, but Hangman gets to the rope for a break. Outside the ring, MJF hits a Tombstone Piledriver on a chair.

MJF will take the count out, but Hangman makes it back in the ring at nine. MJF is screaming at Hangman in the ring.

Hangman hits a Dead Eye and then Angels Wings. Hangman hits another Buckshot Lariat to pick up the pinfall and win the match!

AEW TBS Women’s Championship Match: Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Momo Watanabe

The two traded offenses and moves in a sloppy start to the match. The champ hits Momo with a Power Bomb onto the outside of the ring from the apron. Mone has taken control of the match.

Momo is laying in heavy kicks to Mercedes, who is in a tree of woe in the corner. The two begin to trade offense again.

Mercedes had Momo in a submission hold that she escaped. Mercedes hits a powerbomb for a near fall. Both superstars have found their footing and are putting on a great match!

Momo makes a comeback and has some very close near falls on the champ. Mercedes continues battling, hitting a Mone Maker and then a cross face for the submission win to retain her championship.

Winner: Mercedes Mone

* AEW World Championship # 1 Contenders Match: Swerve Strickland vs. Ricochet

Swerve is beating on Ricochet outside the ring. Prince Nana tries to break it up to prevent Swerve from getting a DQ, but Swerve accidentally pushes him. Ricochet takes advantage of the distraction with a kick to Swerve’s head. Ricochet controls the action as Prince Nana leaves.

A woman in the front row keeps yelling to Swerve. The commentators don’t know who she is. Both men are so athletic and quick! Swerve makes a comeback and hits a power bomb into a power slam for a near fall.

Ricochet hits a hurricanrana on the ring apron onto Swerve, who lands awkwardly on his head. On the commentator’s table, Ricochet goes for a move, but Swerve counters with his own move right onto the table.

Prince Nana comes back down and gets taken out by Ricochet. These two top-level superstars go toe to toe and get near falls on each other.

Ricochet survives two House Calls from Swerve. Swerve is finally able to put Ricochet away with a Storm Cradle Driver to pick up the victory. Swerve and Prince Nana embrace each other with a hug after the match.

Winner: Swerve Strickland

* AEW Continental Championship Match: Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Brody King

The match quickly went outside the ring, where Okada got the better of the exchange. Now, back in the ring, the two trade shots. Okada’s chest is beat red from Brody’s chops.

Brody hits a big suplex from the top rope. He then hits a Death Valley Driver to Okada into the corner turnbuckles and a Cannonball for a two-count.

Okada uses the belt behind the ref’s back but cannot put Brody away. Okada then hits a dropkick and his Rainmaker finisher to pick up the victory and retain his championship.

Winner: Kazuchika Okada

* AEW Tag Team Championship Match: The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin) (c) vs. The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum)

The Outrunners took brief control of the match, causing the Hurt Syndicate to regroup outside with MVP. The Hurt Syndicate gets irate and overpowers the Outrunners in the ring.

Floyd and Magnum had moments in the match, but Benjamin and Lashley were too strong and too much for the challengers.

Lashley hits a spear on Turbo. Benjamin, who is the legal man, pins Turbo for the three-count to retain their championship.

Winner: The Hurt Syndicate

* AEW Women’s World Championship Falls Count Anywhere Match: Toni Storm (c) vs. Mariah May

The action begins quickly on the top of the ramp and stage. The champ hits a running powerbomb on May off the ramp onto a table for a two-count. Back toward the ring Storm controls the action.

May comes back and hits Storm with a Piledriver onto the steel steps. Storm is busted open. Both bring weapons into the ring. Both put tape on their hand and put their hand into a bucket of broken glass. Storm hits May, and now she is bleeding.

Both superstars performed moves on broken glass on the ring mat and had near falls. The match is back on the stage, and the crowd cheers, “This is awesome!”

Storm repeatedly hits May with the heel of a shoe and then delivers her Storm Zero on a table set up on the stage for the three-count to retain her championship in a complete bloodbath!

Winner: Toni Storm

* AEW International Championship Match: Konosuke Takeshita (c) vs. Kenny Omega

The match gets off to a quick start. Omega takes control in the early going, but the momentum is short-lived. On the outside of the ring, Omega is repeatedly hit by Don Callis, who is at ringside commentating.

Takeshita appears to be one step ahead of Omega in this match and stifles any comebacks Omega tries. Takeshita sets up a table outside the ring. Takeshita has been dominating Omega to this point

Omega shows signs of life, but Callis grabs Omega’s foot to break up that momentum. Takeshita uses the table as a weapon on the outside of the ring.

Back in the ring, Takeshita misses a Senton from the top rope. Omega has some daylight. The two wrestlers trade shots, moves, and near falls with each other.

Takeshita is hitting Omega with everything he’s got, but he cannot put him away. The crowd chants, “Kenny!” Omega comes back with a running knee and Piledriver, but Takeshita kicks out at two. The crowd chants, “Fight forever!”

Omega and Takeshita counter each other’s rollup pinfalls, with Omega winning the battle and ultimately pinning Takeshita with a rollup to become the new AEW International Champion!

Winner: Kenny Omega

Steel Cage Match: Will Ospreay vs. Kyle Fletcher

Both men are on opposite sides’ top of the cage, staring at each other in a really cool moment. Now, both in the cage, the match begins.

Fletcher takes control of the match, using the cage as a weapon, busting open Ospreay’s head. Fletcher licks Ospreay’s blood on the cage.

Ospreay makes a comeback by hitting a flying elbow from the top rope onto Fletcher. Ospreay launches Fletcher into the cage and takes control. Ospreay chops Fletcher’s chest repeatedly that is bleeding.

Fletcher has a brief moment of offense and takes off the top turnbuckle. Ospreay drops Fletcher head-first onto the exposed turnbuckle and then launches him into the cage again. Fletcher is now busted open on his head.

Both superstars are trading moves back and forth in one hell of a match so far! These two have fantastic chemistry. Davis comes down to the ring with a bag and cuts open the lock to the cage.

Ospreay takes out Davis and pulls a bat wrapped in barbed wire from the bag. He uses it on Fletcher. Fletcher begs Ospreay not to hit him but then hits Ospreay with a low blow.

Fletcher misses Ospreay with the bat. Ospreay hits Fletcher with the Hidden Blade; however, Davis breaks up the count. Both Davis and Fletcher try double-teaming Ospreay, but he escapes. He takes Davis out again with a chair.

Fletcher hit a brain buster on Ospreay for a two-count. Fletcher then puts thumbtacks on the ring mat but Ospreay does a Styles Clash on Fletcher onto the thumbtacks for a nearfall.

Both men are at the top of the cage. Ospreay does a Spanish Fly on Fletcher off the top of the cage. Then he hits his Tiger Driver 97’ to pick up the pinfall and the win.

AEW World Championship Match: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Cope (Adam Copeland)

The match begins with both men taking turns hitting elbows on each other. Cope clotheslines Moxley over the top rope. And then jumps off the top rope onto Moxley.

The momentum doesn’t last long as Moxley takes control of the match on the outside of the ring. He rams Cope’s head repeatedly on the barricade. Back inside the ring, Moxley continues to control the action.

Cope creates some distance with a DDT to Moxley. Cope finally goes on the offensive. He hits a suplex from the top rope onto Moxley. With Moxley on the ring apron, Cope hits a spear through the ropes onto the floor.

Moxley launches Cope into the steel steps. Moxley exposes the concrete outside the ring and hits a Curbstomp to Cope on the exposed concrete. Back inside the ring, Moxley is in control again.

Moxley has Cope in a choke, but he makes it to the ropes. Moxley shoves the ref as they get into an altercation. Moxley goes to use a chair, but the referee takes it from him. The referee gets inadvertently taken out by Cope.

With everyone out, Wheeler Yuta comes out and hits Cope with a running dropkick. Jay White comes out to try to make the save.

White tries to hit Moxley with his loaded briefcase, but Moxley ducks and he hits Cope instead. Moxley covers, but Cope kicks out—White and Yuta battle to the back.

Cope makes a comeback and hits Moxley with a Spear for a two-count. Cope hits Moxley with another two spears, but Christian Cage pulls the referee out of the ring before he can count to three.

Cage signed his contract and entered the match. He hit Cope with a spear, but Cope kicked out. Cage hit his finisher, but as he was pinning Cope, Moxley came from behind him and applied a choke.

Cage desperately tries to get out but eventually passes out, giving Moxley the win to retain his championship!

Winner: Jon Moxley

After the match, Moxley walks through the arena to the exit, where Prince Nana confronts him. Security gets in between them.

Swerve Strickland appears above on the railings, dividing the seat sections, jumping onto Moxley and the security guards, and taking them all out. We close the show with Swerve standing tall.
